As we expand, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the heart of our customer experience and technician coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful attitude
Schedule and manage service appointments using our CRM (Jobber)
Dispatch technicians and coordinate job schedules for maximum efficiency
Communicate clearly with both customers and field technicians
Provide status updates, confirmations, and follow-up calls as needed
Maintain accurate customer records and job details
Assist with invoicing, collecting payments, and administrative tasks
Proactively resolve customer issues or escalate when needed
Support the team with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
General Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher role
3+ years of experience and a background in dispatching for a trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is preferred for top pay
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (Jobber experience is a plus)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
