As we expand, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the heart of our customer experience and technician coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful attitude

  • Schedule and manage service appointments using our CRM (Jobber)

  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate job schedules for maximum efficiency

  • Communicate clearly with both customers and field technicians

  • Provide status updates, confirmations, and follow-up calls as needed

  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details

  • Assist with invoicing, collecting payments, and administrative tasks

  • Proactively resolve customer issues or escalate when needed

  • Support the team with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

General Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher role

  • 3+ years of experience and a background in dispatching for a trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is preferred for top pay

  • Excellent phone and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (Jobber experience is a plus)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
