Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and complete residential and commercial HVAC system installations to code

    • Solder and perform electrical work associated with HVAC projects

    • Size and install ductwork to specification

    • Perform accurate system inspections and communicate findings to the customer

    • Apply calculations required for HVAC work and project documentation

    • Adhere to all Tennessee state HVAC codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

certifications required:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Clear background check.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Pre-employment drug screening required

  • Clear background check required

**Must submit copies of all licenses and certifications with application

Certifications preferred:

    • NATE Certification

    • HVAC technical diploma or certificate from an accredited program

    • A2L Refrigerant Safety Training (required per January 2025 EPA R-410A phase-out)
